The Finance & Operations department supports TEDCO staff and programs by delivering critical business, financial, and technology services. The team oversees finance, human resources, information technology, workflow management, data governance, office operations and budgeting processes. By providing reliable financial and operational data, supporting data-informed forecasting, and ensuring oversight of third-party vendors, the department strengthens efficiency, transparency, and operational effectiveness across TEDCO.
