As the Senior Human Resources Advisor, Terri Collins brings over ten years of experience in Human Resources Management to include Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Employee and Labor Relations, Executive and Front-Line Leadership Training and Development, Change Management, Succession Planning, and Employee Engagement. For years as a Regional Human Resources Manager and now as a Senior Consultant, Terri has been a thought partner to leadership across various industries, collaborating with them to identify long-term, scalable solutions to any challenge facing their organization. Terri’s need to act with integrity and transparency, to enhance the employee experience, and to deliver results that matter, have informed her approach to Human Resources and her work with leadership throughout my career.
Terri’s experience ranges from small to mid-size companies with 20 employees to global organizations with 15,000 employees, and includes financial services, information technology, cybersecurity, healthcare, and building materials. She graduated from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and hold a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the Human Resources Capital Institute.
