About Dr. Lebinger
Dr. Tessa Lebinger, M.D. is an independent Clinical Regulatory Consultant and TEDCO Network Advisor who advises entrepreneurs and investors on strategies to obtain FDA approval for their medical devices. She is a former Medical Officer with FDA’s Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) where she specialized in Diabetes/Endocrine/Metabolic Devices, including Automated Insulin Delivery Systems. Prior to that, Dr. Lebinger was an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Maryland. For over 20 years, she had her own medical practice in NY, focused on Pediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes, with academic appointments at NY Medical College and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She obtained her Medical Degree at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and her undergraduate degree in Life Sciences at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
