Thomas Bundy III is a partner at Lawrence & Bundy where he handles a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including class and collective actions. He regularly represents Fortune 500 companies across the country in numerous trials, arbitrations and alternative forms of dispute resolution. His practice spans the spectrum of litigation areas, including labor and employment, real estate, government contracts, privacy law, product liability and insurance coverage disputes.
While his practice is commercial in nature, Thomas focuses on traditional employment issues such as: civil rights litigation, including discrimination and harassment; wage and hour disputes; whistleblower claims; trade secret protections; Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) litigation; Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Dodd-Frank compliance; and employment due diligence and audits. Thomas co-chairs Lawrence & Bundy’s Employment Group, which is at the forefront of defending employers against worker classification disputes, including federal and state wage and hour cases.
