
Seeyew Mo is an expert in cybersecurity, workforce development, and national security, with two decades of experience spanning policymaking, technology development, and stakeholder engagement. Mo most recently served as the White House Assistant National Cyber Director for Cyber Workforce, Education, and Economic Advancement, where he led the implementation of the National Cyber Workforce and Education Strategy, a landmark initiative addressing the nation’s cyber talent gap. Prior to his White House role, he was a TechCongress Fellow with Senator Mark Warner, advising on cybersecurity and national security policy.
He holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, a Master’s in Engineering Management from Santa Clara University, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin.
