Omoregie Okhomina

Omoregie Okhomina is a licensed attorney, author and entrepreneur with experience in supporting businesses and organizations in under-resourced communities within Washington DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia. He possesses a keen understanding of regulatory and legal systems, with extensive experience working in the private and public sectors as an administrator of county and state contracts, as well as managing private grants. In his role as Compliance Coordinator for the SBDC’s Maryland Business Opportunity Center, he ensured that undercapitalized and under-resourced businesses gained the tools and support necessary to thrive and scale. Leveraging his extensive knowledge of the region’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, including the resources available in the Mid-Atlantic area, Omoregie built strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline operations and provide small businesses with legal, financial, accounting and marketing resources.

A Howard University Triple Bison, Omoregie lives in Charles County, Maryland with his wife and son where he serves as a founder of Kingdred Fellows Mentorship program for young males. He is a member of the DC bar and the co-author of Black Male Youth Raised in Public Systems: Engagement, Healing, Hope.
