The Equitech Growth Fund (EGF), managed by TEDCO, provides grants for infrastructure and workforce development initiatives that support Maryland’s economic competitiveness, foster economic opportunity for all and accelerate growth of emerging and advanced industries in the State. The goal of the EGF is to position Maryland as a leading global and inclusive innovation economy by 2040.
Funding Available
- Infrastructure Awards: Up to $1M
- Project Duration: 12 – 36 months, depending on the project scope and readiness.
- Workforce Awards: Up to $250K
- Project Duration: 12 – 24 months, depending on the project scope and readiness.

All applicants are encouraged to read the Request for Applications below.
- Applications Open: May 5, 2025
- Applications Close: August 8, 2025
- Complete applications for each project must be submitted by 5:00pm on Friday, August 8, 2025. Applications submitted after 5:00pm will be rejected without consideration.
